1. Agreement to Terms

Review-Flow.pro is a service operated by ClientBridge Pro LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC, including SMS communications, review request campaigns, and reputation management services. These Terms explain the conditions under which you may access and use our website, services, communication channels (email, phone, SMS, voicemail), and appointment scheduling system. We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after revised Terms are posted means that you accept the changes.

By accessing and using the services provided by Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Description of Services

Review-Flow.pro, operated by ClientBridge Pro LLC, provides professional reputation management and review optimization services for local service businesses, including Google Business Profile optimization, review request campaigns, review response management, reputation monitoring, and visibility enhancement services.

Our services include:

Initial consultations and reputation audits
Marketing audit report preparation
Google Business Profile optimization
Review generation and solicitation campaigns
Review response and management services
Reputation monitoring and tracking
Appointment scheduling via phone, email, and text message
Service communications via email, phone calls, SMS, and voicemail

3. User Responsibilities

When you contact Review-Flow.pro or ClientBridge Pro LLC, or use our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all communications
Maintain the confidentiality of any account information you create
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your contact information or account
Communicate with us only through official Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC channels (email: [email protected])
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Not impersonate any person or entity in your communications with us

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Review-Flow.pro's or ClientBridge Pro LLC's ability to serve our customers. Specifically, you will not:

Send threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing communications
Attempt to access systems or information not intended for your use
Interfere with the legitimate operations of our business
Provide false information for the purpose of fraud or misrepresentation
Use automated systems to spam or repeatedly contact us
Share your contact information with third parties for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Payments & Billing

Review-Flow.pro offers monthly subscription plans. The Standard Tier is $297 per month for up to 100 review requests per month. The High Volume Tier is $497 per month for up to 250 review requests per month. Businesses with multiple locations should contact us for pricing. The price and plan shown at checkout control if they differ from a description elsewhere on the website.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each billing date unless cancelled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable recurring monthly fee and any applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time without an early-termination fee by sending a written cancellation request to [email protected] before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You remain responsible for charges already incurred before cancellation takes effect.

14-Day Setup Guarantee. Once you provide the information, access, and approvals reasonably needed to begin, we guarantee that your Review-Flow system will be fully connected and actively requesting reviews within 14 days. If we do not meet that commitment, we will provide the following month of service at no charge until the system is live. This setup guarantee does not promise a particular number of reviews, revenue result, ranking, or other business outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Review-Flow.pro website, including text, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of ClientBridge Pro LLC or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any of this content without express written permission from ClientBridge Pro LLC.

7. Disclaimers

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED 14-DAY SETUP GUARANTEE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5, REVIEW-FLOW.PRO AND CLIENTBRIDGE PRO LLC PROVIDE SERVICES ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF OUR SERVICES.

REVIEW-FLOW.PRO AND CLIENTBRIDGE PRO LLC DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

REVIEW-FLOW.PRO AND CLIENTBRIDGE PRO LLC DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any defects in our services will be corrected
Our services will meet your specific business requirements
Communication channels will be available at all times
Review generation results will guarantee specific outcomes
Google Business Profile visibility will improve by any specific percentage

Reputation management results depend on many factors beyond our control, including Google's algorithm changes, customer satisfaction levels, market competition, and review authenticity policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEW-FLOW.PRO AND CLIENTBRIDGE PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REVIEW-FLOW.PRO'S AND CLIENTBRIDGE PRO LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OUR SERVICES, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review-Flow.pro, ClientBridge Pro LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Your infringement of any third-party rights
Any content or information you provide to us

10. Termination

Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. This includes the right to:

Terminate SMS messaging communications if you violate these terms
Close your account if you engage in prohibited conduct
Cease providing services if payment terms are not met

You may cancel a monthly subscription as described in Section 5. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not remove responsibility for charges already due or for any violation of these Terms. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time as described in Section 11.

11. SMS Messaging Terms

Description of Service

When you provide your phone number to Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from us. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates about your reputation management campaign, review request and notification alerts, special offers and seasonal promotions, and responses to questions or requests for assistance.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply. Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC do not charge additional fees for SMS communications, but your carrier's standard text messaging rates will apply.

Message Frequency

You will receive text messages based on your service requests and opt-in preferences. Appointment-related messages may be sent as needed. Promotional messages are sent periodically based on your preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC retain all rights to our proprietary automation systems, software, and platform infrastructure. You retain all rights to any personal information you provide to us. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for business purposes and service improvement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable federal regulations. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate federal or state court, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Review-Flow.pro or ClientBridge Pro LLC, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your concern.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than pursuing litigation.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions continue in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC regarding your use of our services and the use of our website. These terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral.

17. Changes to Terms

Review-Flow.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date below and posting the revised Terms of Service on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
